What’s In The Bottle?
My friend Jeremy Vallender has been highly involved with Michigan’s local scene for years. He gave this CD to me from his “local music box” which was half cassette tapes and half self produced albums from a not of Michigan local bands. It was insane. This is a sampler from 1998 called What’s In The Bottle. It’s basically local alternative bands from Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. It’s 37 minutes long but every song is insane. There is every single genre you could imagine so I suggest you listen to the whole thing straight through. Get high too, it’ll blow your mind.
